Services

We provide solutions to administrative subjects for our clients with other individuals and municipal, state and federal authority such as: licenses, authorizations and concessions, administrative sanctions, procedures and payments relating administrative authorities, nullity trials, trials about patrimonial responsibility, disagreements, tenders, procedures relating federal and local agencies (CONAMED, COFEPRIS, PROFECO, INAI).

We prepare lease, purchase, loan and donation contracts, protecting our clients with advice and legal assistance to help them to prevent a
legal dispute. We work in trials derived from any civil action with the professional ethics that distinguishes us.

We provide integral assistance to companies for the development of their strategic and competitive plans through the analysis of their strengths and weaknesses, on subjects such as legal responsibility in the administration of
companies, negotiation and economic competition.

We satisfactorily cover the most common situations within the labor field, such as: unjustified dismissal, review of employment contracts, review of internal labor regulations, employment contracts, labor denial and lawsuits in labor subjects.

We preserve the assets of our clients, by agreements reflected in clear and precise agreements providing ways to solving any conflict. In matters of any type of contract, we work with the premise that balance is the best guarantee of a lasting business relationship. We globally serve all needs that may arise in a company at a national or international level.

Our team has the professional and technical capacity to deal with subjects related to investigation files and criminal processes. We are specialists in the diagnosis, development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs for companies. Considering the
client particularities we develop a risk detection, control and
prevention system, with the aim of reducing or eliminating criminal liability, with the culture of compliance, greater productivity, fewer incidents and economic benefits. We also represent clients facing criminal charges arising from complex cases that simultaneously involve criminal, civil and administrative topics related to the same facts.

We are qualified to advise and carry out all necessary actions for the creation of Hospital Bioethics Committees and Research Ethics Committees. The General Health Law in Mexico regulates the creation of Hospital Bioethics Committee on all medical care establishments in order to cover the following activities: preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative.
We also advise medical research protocols under the guiding principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, which sets universal ethical propositions in the field of human research.

Restorative justice allows certified lawyers to mediate between people seeking an alternative solution to their conflicts. If an agreement is reached, it is signed and by legal mandate has the force of a sentence. The benefits are: it takes place in a friendly and calm environment, the mediation procedure is simpler and faster than a trial, and a satisfactory agreement is sought for all parties involved.

Our firm is specialized in assisting and advising patients and their families affected by medical malpractice, offering the trial as a solution for this type of controversy, but also provide alternative methods being experts in negotiation and mediation. We collaborate with experts on Psychology, Medicine and Bioethics whom support our clients.
