The General Health Law in Mexico regulates the creation of Hospital Bioethics Committee on all medical care establishments in order to cover the following activities: preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative.
We also advise medical research protocols under the guiding principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, which sets universal ethical propositions in the field of human research.
